What we know about you, in plain words.

Temple of Gold Games is a free social slot. We try to collect as little information as possible — most of what we “store” actually lives on your own device.

1. No payments, no payment data

We don’t take deposits, payments, donations or purchases anywhere on the site. We therefore never see, request or store payment cards, bank details, BSB or any financial information.

2. Local age verification

When you confirm you are 18 or over, we keep a small note in your browser’s local storage. That note never leaves your device and isn’t tied to your name. Clearing your browser data removes it.

3. Browser storage choice

Your choice in the storage notice (essential only or accept all) is also kept locally on your device. We use it to avoid showing the notice on every visit.

4. Game preferences

The Game may store small preferences — for example, whether sound or music is on. If it does, those preferences live in your browser only.

5. Contact form information

If you write to us via hello@templeofgoldgames.com or the contact page, we receive your message and email address so we can reply. We don’t use that address for marketing and we don’t share it. Once a conversation is finished and reasonably aged, we delete the thread.

6. No analytics or advertising trackers

We don’t run third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, fingerprinters or social trackers. We don’t share data with advertising networks or data brokers.

7. Server logs

Like most websites, the server that delivers these pages keeps short-lived operational logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. These are kept briefly and not used to build profiles.

8. Your rights under Australian law

The Australian Privacy Principles give you rights to access and correct personal information we hold about you. Because we hold so little, requests are usually quick to handle. Email hello@templeofgoldgames.com to ask about, correct or delete information related to a contact-form thread.

9. Children

The site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We update this notice when our practices change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
